I swear that blocking terrain and walls used to go up forever in terms of blocking LOF. Meaning, a wall or piece of blocking terrain on the ground would block LOF between two characters who are elevated. But it seems like this has changed with the new PAC. Am I late to the party and that's the way this has been played? Does this mean that if there was a another piece elevated terrain in the Origins JSA museum map, that a LOF would not be blocked between them by the walls of the museum?
Indoor walls and blocking terrain exist at all levels.
Outdoor walls and blocking terrain exist only at the level of terrain that they are on.

Outdoor Blocking (and Walls) effect LOF at their level only, and yes this is a change with the newest rules.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Yes and no.
Yes, it comes up more and is also specifically spelled out to be clear in the rules since we now have multiple elevations.
No, it was not a recent change, though. Previously, if you had this sort of set-up:
EEE1EE . . B . . EE2EEE
Where E is elevated terrain, the . is grounded terrain, and B is blocking terrain on the ground, 1 and 2 could draw LOF to each other. The blocking terrain is not elevated and did not interfere with elevation LOF... even under the old rules. It just didn't come up very often.
Thanks for all the replies guys. Changes to the Giant Rules though have now made it so that blocking terrain does not block LOF between two Giants/Colossals right? Same thing with hindering terrain not hindering LOF between two giants/colossals?
