Question about Larfleeze/adjacency

I just made a team with Larfleeze and I was wondering, if Larfleeze is standing on an Orange Construct token to gain the hindering terrain bonus, is he also considered adjacent to that construct for his "Orange Lackeys" power?

No. The square the character is in is not adjacent to the character.
