She-Hulk is a beast in 300 pt games
I love Taskmaster with his wildcard/perplex/stealth/bcf
Mystique is another nice stealth/perplexer
Jeans there for her TK. Thankfully she keeps it longer than 1 click so later in the game I can TK up my medic for some sweet sweet healing.
