If BBagman is the last member on my opponents force and i kill him and his feedback effect were to kill my last remaining character who would win?

It would come down to who KO'ed the most points.

Including your fig that was KO'ed.

^This is correct. And if the points were even, you use a roll-off to determine the winner.

I got an additional question, since bombastic power says deal damage back for the damage he was dealt, does that mean if he was dealt 5 damage but he only lives for 2 clicks then does the opposing character still take 5 or just the 2 he lived for

In that situation, Bag-man would deal only 2.

It is because the power says:

KICK ME!: Whenever Bombastic Bag-Man takes damage from an attack, deal the attacker penetrating damage equal to the damage taken by Bombastic Bag-Man. Bombastic Bag-Man can't be healed except by the Fantastic Four team ability.

And damage taken is the amount of times you click the dial. Once you reach KO, you stop clicking.

You should also be aware that at one point Bag-man would have dealt the 5 even though it only took 2 to KO him. They changed how 'damage taken' is defined in the rules. So if someone is claiming that Bag-man should deal 5 instead of 2, they are thinking of old rules.
