The perplex remains. Perplex does not end when the perplexer loses LOF to the perplexee. It only ends if the perplexee (the person being perplexed) is damaged or healed.

Hey guys/gals if I use perplex on invisble girl (rook) to increase her defense 1 click, does the new value of 19 (previously 18) affect all friendlies that are adjacent as per her support ability?

Perplex ends at the end of your turn so it doesn't matter.

Yes, her Defend superpower will mean that all adjacent friendly figures can use her 19 defense instead of their own. However, remember that Perplex only lasts until the end of your own turn, so you can't use Perplex to hurt your opponent's odds.

That aside, yes, IG's new DV (19) will be transfered toy adjacent characters.
