grounded chargers CANNOTpick objects coming into base to base

flying chargers CAN pick objects coming into base to base

correct?

what you understand is true.

but there are other combos involving L/C, HSS, Charge, BtB, Not BtB, etc.

Check past Threads to see what I mean.
