okay, thanks. one more thing semi-related. I am looking in the units section and the HoT Cap doesn't have the thunderbolts keyword. Is that an error, becauase mine has it on his card?

You may want to double check that you're looking at the right card. Mine has the same keywords as in the Units section: Avengers, Martial Artist, S.H.I.E.L.D., Soldier. I don't think any Cap figure has the Thunderbolts keyword.

If yours has a misprinted card, it is the first reported incident of such. I'd love to see a pic of it.
Speaking of ATAs and Modern Age, will ATAs retire when the set they are associated with does? For instance, will the Checkmate ATA retire when BatB does?
I doubt it, but I'm not sure I've seen this addressed.

ATAs are not actually associated with any set, game-wise. While some have come out just after certain sets where they are useful (New Mutants with GSX or Secret Warriors with CA), neither the cards nor the PG lists them as belonging to any set.

Are ATA's still modern age? I've been away for a while and somebody told me no.
Just to be clear, the orange bordered ATA feat cards are banned from the game and were replaced by black bordered ATA cards that are legal in all ages.
