Hello guys sorry to bother just got back into playing after 3yrs.
Does In Betweener when he copies powers does he get the the characters attack Number values as well like if he copied supermans movement of 12 and his attack of 12 defense 18 so forth DOES THAT REPLACE IN BETWEENERS NUMBERS VALUE THAT TURN?
POLAR OPPOSITE ATTACK: As a free action, choose an opposing character within range and line of fire. Until your next turn, In-Betweener may use all standard powers and combat abilities that character can use as long as that character is on the map. At the end of your turn, if In-Betweener didn't attack that character this turn, deal In-Betweener 2 unavoidable damage.
nothing in there about his numbers changing, just that he can use their powers and abilities. in short, no.

No, he only gets powers and abilities.

Can the in betweener use any power the targeted character can use or is it only powers they possess? Someone told me in a friendly game he couldn't use powers granted to characters by white powers. There is a difference between "can use" and "possess" right?

Polar Opposite Attack allows IB to use all standard powers which his target can use. The target does not need to possess these powers.

He would get powers granted by Special Powers, but only as standard powers he would not get the Bonuses or Limitation that come with the special power.

Correct, as usual.
Two-edged sword there: if he targets Mr Fantastic "Inventive Genius" will give him regular Perplex, not the +/-2 version. If he targets Black Bolt "Silent Scream" will give him PW but not the DPA full-damage version. But if he targets Metron he can use Quake, PB and PW without the potential damage from PoK.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
