Apparently there was a change made to Stealth in the latest player's guide and I need a clarification on how this power now works on the owner's turn.
Situation: Opponent has GSX 101 Psylocke on an object (Hindering) and uses Mind Control on my CA 014 Luke Cage. Opponent rolls the dice and rolls higher than my defense. I have SI 001 Spider-Man next to Psylocke. Would I be able to give Spider-Man a token to have him use a Theme Team Probability Control (or any use of Prob) against the Psylocke because Stealth is no longer in effect on my opponent's turn, or would Stealth still be active against me and not active for his figures?
Complicated situation for a really simple question, so I apologize in advance. If there is anything I need to clarify let me know.
Yes you can. Characters that use stealth use it on their opponents turn... Your stealth is off if it's your turn, and on on your opponents turn. His stealth is on on your turn, off on his.

Thanks.
Stealth didn't change in the latest PG. The current wording of Stealth has existed since the 2011 PAC was released last year.
Stealth
When it is not your turn, hindered lines of fire drawn to this character are blocked.
As it says, when it is not your turn, LOF is blocked to that Stealthy character if the LOF would cross hindering terrain.
So your turn? Stealth won't activate at all.
Not your turn? Stealth will always activate if the LOF is crossing hindering terrain. Doesn't matter if the LOF is from an opposing character (attacking, Outwit, whatever) or your own characters (using PC).

Good, this is what I was trying to explain to the player I was playing against when the situation came up, however, His explanation was that because it is not my turn, the Stealth on his figure still works. That issue of wording stems from the following from Page 7 and 8 from the player's guide.

Adjacency is not an issue when determining a line of fire to a character using Stealth and occupying hindering terrain. Powers like Probability Control, Perplex, and Outwit, which use a line of fire to determine if the effect can take place, cannot target a character using Stealth during its opponent's turn if it occupies hindering terrain, even if the character with the ability is the character using Stealth itself.
That use of its is ambiguous as to who it is referring to (at least to the two of us at the time). Its could refer to either the person using Stealth or the person trying to target the Stealthed character. Clarification?

The entry is referring to the character using Stealth.
This is really a semantics issue surrounding the use of "your" in the wording of Stealth. If I am the active player with the Stealth character, then the "your" would refer to myself. I would be able to draw LoF to my piece with Stealth. The non-active player would not be able to draw LoF since "your" does not apply to said person. That is where the dispute arose.

Unless specifically noted otherwise, powers and abilities are always written in reference to the character or the controlling player.
So, if Batman is on your team, Batman's Stealth is refering to (not) your turn.
