(Attack) Dimension Swap: Space Phantom can use Outwit, but only to target characters within his range and line of fire without the Deity keyword. When he does, he can use a countered standard power as long as it's countered.
My question is about the Dimension Swap SP. If Space Phantom uses Outwit to counter Outwit, can he use the countered Outwit normally? And if so, is he able to use it without qualms about the limitation for deities?
The two factors that I'm juggling on this matter are pretty straightforward.
Can't: The line in the PG about activating the same free action twice.
Can: Being able to use a power when it originates from a different source (Yellowjacket's standard Outwit vs Saboteur). Also, prior instances of Outwitting a power and gaining it (BD's OL Lex, SM's Parasite) specified an inability to use Outwit that would be redundant if the rules automatically precluded it.
I thought I'd toss it out there for discussion. I think I know which it would be and why, but I did think that the possibility existed.
(Sorry for the crappy title. I accidentally hit enter and it submitted the post somehow... A mod can put my full title as the thread title and I won't complain! )

Does "he can use a countered power" refer specifically to the power that he himself countered? Or any countered power? I would assume the former, as I know there is a ruling that a power refers to the specific character when saying "he" or "she," but I had seen this mentioned.
