Charge and Leap / Climb?

Can you Charge to the end of a ledge (either on the ground or on a roof) and attack someone who is on the other elevation if you have Leap/ Climb?

Yes. Leap/Climb has 2 parts:

1 - You can ignore certain kinds of terrain during a MOVE action (Charge is a power action that allows movement, so this does not apply)

2 - You can ignore elevation when you are given a close combat action (Charge grants a close combat action as a free action)

Yes, perfectly legal with Leap/Climb.
