OK, someone was saying that you don't score the points for the Herald of Galactus if you KO him. Just checking if that's true.
If it is, what about the extra points for bringing in
-More Madrox (GSX)
-Dr Strange Spirit forms
-Humanoids
(any other figures I missed or that will come out that can be brought in through a character effect over and above the initial build of the team)
Battlefield promotions
- this mechanic brings in figures that are more points than the original figure.

In all of those cases the "extras" are part of the force, and if KOd the points are counted. What reason for not counting them was advanced?
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
“No matter how subtle the wizard, a knife between the shoulder blades will seriously cramp his style.”
ASTRAL FORM: Give Dr. Strange a power action. Place a GG #014a or GG #014b Astral Dr. Strange from outside of the game in an adjacent square
I was wondering the same thing. Since it states that the figure comes from outside the game,it doesn't say it must be part of your starting force,or that you should count them as part of your team. The only thing i read regarding this was that if they got KO'd that the opponent would score victory points.
Also,i have another question concerning Hydra Agents SP's:
MINION: CUT OFF ONE LIMB: If a friendly character of 40 or more points and with the Hydra keyword is within 8 squares when this character is KO'd, you may deal one of those characters 1 unavoidable damage. If you do, place a #003 Hydra Agent in your starting area.
Can i use the same one that just got KO'd? And if not,do the extra ones that i leave outside the game for later use count towards my force built?
Your opponenet scores victory points for each figure KO'ed. It doesnt matter how they got into the game- Madrox/Battlefield Promotion/Sentinel Manufacture - You get points for each and every figure you KO.
Minion question - sure you can use the guy who was KO'ed. Thats OK.

Sure, just be sure you and your opponent keep track of how many times you re-use the piece so it can be scored properly.
So if i'm playing a 300pts game, and my team built goes like this :
GG Dr Strange 028
GG Astral Dr.Strange *7
Total Build : 289 pts
I can either choose to leave all the Astral Dr.Strange outside the map and bring them with Dr Strange special power or i can put them in play right away?
I'm asking the question because i thought that i could this instead for example (400 pts)
GG Dr Strange 208
GSX Mindless One *2
Total Builld : 398 pts
I could then bring as many Astral Dr Strange from outside the game as i could,no matter what, even if i go over my team build?
This as been confusing me ever since i got them. Anything in the new official rules about this?

If you build a 300 point team, then all your characters for your 300 point team need to be placed on the map in your starting area unless they have rules that specifically say otherwise (Watcher, old Oracle on the ICWO card, etc). The Astral Stranges do not say otherwise; you must play them on the map right away if that is the way your built your team.

In this case, the Astral Stranges are not part of your build. You can bring some in from outside using Strange's trait, but since you didn't actually build a team using an Astral Stranges, there are none to place on the map right away.
Here is a good question if I choose a charactor like Jamie Madrox as my Herald of Galactus are all the subsequent Madoxes brought into play as result of his power also Heralds.

No. You choose one character to be your herald, and that's it.

I believe that you get the points for the KO's, but could we get an "official" orange answer to say that Red King is right please? Or, point me to a thread or document where it has been stated officially?

DETERMINING VICTORY POINTS
Victory points are scored as follows: Defeated characters.Every opposing character that is defeated during the game earns a number of victory points equal to its point value. Characters that were removed from the game through a game effect that replaced them with other characters are not scored as defeated characters. Only the replacement character would be scored, if it was defeated.
Straight from the rules... if it is KO'd, it is scored.
