How many combat abilities is Improved? If I use Outwit, can I counter:

• Improved entirely.
• Improved movement and improved targeting separately.
• Each icon following Improved symbols separately.

I think for most of the time, the Improved would be tied to a power (like L/C or Pulse Wave), and you just outwit that; but if it is special, (+ on the base) you just outwit it like an ability (and the abilities are Improved Movement and Improved Targeting, so if they have both, it would just be one or the other, like outwitting flight or carry, but not both)

Improved Movement is a combat ability, like Indomitable or Carry. If you counter Improved Movement, then you counter all of Improved Movement. Same with Improved Targeting.

What is "Improved"? Is this something on a character or in the new rule book?
