1)dont really understand how to use the energy explosion ,
is that if i attack an opposit character,and he/she got 5 opposit character adjacent to him/her ,that character wont deal damage but all of the adjacent character deal 5 clix of damage(5 character,5time)?
Each character hit is dealt damage equal
to the number of times it was hit by this attack"
How to count the "times'?
2)About the pulse wave,
is that mean halve a character attack range,and it can attack all directions(only blocked by wall,blocking and elevated terrain)characters?
will it attack friendly figure also?
Would character behind the other character would not be attacked?
if that "all direction" only has one character on it,is that not deal"1 damage"but the normal damage?
3)about the
is that mean i can attack any character that behind other character?
4)can i pick up a character when i was moveing or charging?
e.g 10speed character with flying,i want 3 to friendly figure and pick it with 5rest speed.
Acturally i just got BlackBolt and medusa,want to know more about how to use them

How to count the "times'?
Some characters have more than one , meaning they can attack more than one target with the same ranged combat attack.
If you target one opposing character, then all adjacent charcter will be attacked too, but all those character will be hit only once (o not at all if the roll is not high enough)
But if you target more than one opponent, some character might be attacked more than once.
An example.
We have A, adjacent to B. You can target the 2 characters and use EE. Both will then be attacked twice : once because they are targeted, and once because they are adjacent to a target. If the roll hits both, they will both be dealt 2 damage (they will be hit twice).
That's how you count. I hope I'm clear.

Yes !
By the way, the wording of Pulse Wave cange a bit with the new 2012 rules. But one steap at a time : it doesn't change the way PW works that much.

They will be. PW ignores characters when it comes to LOF, so nobody can hide behind another guy, friend or foe.

Yes, exactly. One nasy trick if you can pull it off. Most people tnd to forget about that part of PW, and ignoring every power and abilities of a single target, thu dealing it the full damage without anything to stop or reduce them or any chance to retaliate is pretty efficient.
But be careful : if there is more than one character, opposing or friendly, you will have to replace the damage value of the PWer by 1. It doezn't matter which side are the attacked characters, only that a LOF can be drawed to them or not.

There's two things a sharpshooter-using character can do :
- he can attack a character that is adjacent with a ranged combat attack
- he can ignore opposing characters when drawing LOF, which allows him to shoot a character hiding behind another one
What he cannot do is :
- drawing a LOF through a square occupied by a FRIENDLY character
- making a ranged combat attack against a non-adjacent character if an opposing character is adjacent to him

You don't pick up characters during your move, you pick them up at the start of it. But you can use Carry every time you move, yes.
I'm not sure to get what you ask right, but here's the deal.
Your character can use Carry and has 10 speed and say, Charge.
He can be given a move action, carry and adjacent friendly character and move up to 8 square (10 -2 for the Carry)
or he can use Charge, halve his speed value to 5, Carry an adjacent character and move up to 3 square (5 -3 for the Carry)
He cannot move, then use Carry to pick up a character, and then end his move.

Note that if you use the SP of Black Bolt as a double power action, he will always deal his unmodified damage value isntead of replaciong it by 1 (as usual with PW when more than one target is in range), but Medusa will suffer his wrath if she's in range (and no power will potect her).
