Simple question:

Can a duo (say, Iron Man and War Machine) use powers granted by the Gauntlet during their duo attack? For instance, can I double RCE if the power gem is showing?

Can I double steal energy?

Im guessing...no, because of the nature of the duo attack. but is there any sort of difference since the powers are "granted" by the IG, and not "possessed" on their dial?

Simple answer.. no..

Duo attack is a Power Action that grants 2 attacks.. so you couldn't use RCE twice..

But you COULD use Blades or Steal Energy.. because neither are actions, they are abilities that trigger when making Close Combat Attacks..

because those are all "give the character a..."

but since steal energy and blades are "when this character..."

and since All-out Assault is worded "they can make up to 4 close/ranged combat attacks", I cant use any of those powers either.

You could not use Blades since that activates when Given a Close Combat Action.

The list for using powers with Duo is pretty much the same as Hypersonic Speed.

Super Strength and Steal Energy.

The real question is if you split who does the IG go to? If you split later in the game does it have to go to the same figure?

When they use "All Out Assault"

Once per game, give Iron Man/War Machine a power action that places two action tokens on them. Iron Man/War Machine possess [1 ] for this action. They can make up to 4 close and/or ranged combat attacks as free actions. An opposing character may only be targeted once during this action. After resolving this action, Iron Man/War Machine are dealt 1 unavoidable damage.

They are not using the Duo Attack ability so if they had The Infinity Gauntlet and happened to be on a click with the Soul Gem & Ranged Combat Expert WM&IM could use SE on two adjacent charactors then if those charactors get KO'd use RCE on two additional targets. The biggest cheap shot is Ambidextrous so they get 2

The boldest part is not accurate. RCE is activated via a power action, "All Out Assault" only grants ranged combat attacks as free actions, so IM/WM will not be able to use RCE with AOA.

Attack =/= action

AoA does not grant actions, it grants attacks

If the special power says you only have one bolt for this action, Ambedextrious would not grant you 2 bolts.
