Why can't you take notes? I don't know of a single competative player that doesn't take notes on his opponents in any type of game.

I don't know. I just don't think it's allowed by the tournament rules in the Tournament Guide.

I would definitely take notes if allowed to.

Anyone have any more specific info on this?
