Outwit vs. Stealth

Since it states that Outwit must have line of fire and Stealth (assuming figure is in hindering terrain) causes any line of sight through same to be blocked...

Even if adjacent, can you EVER Outwit anything on a fig with Stealth that is in hindering terrain (includes Kabuki and Batman Ally)

I have heard both ways...yes or no

No, you cannot Outwit a Stealthed character when b2b......

Ever..yes, if the team ability isn't currently active.
In base to base with the team ability on, no.
In range with the team ability on, no.
