In an earlier forum I said that me and my friend were going to play Galactus versus Galactus.
His team was:
Galactus 300pt
Frost Giant 100pt X5
My team was:
Galactus 600pt
A.I.M Agent 38pt
Rick Jones 48pt
Mr. Fantastic (the chase from Galactic Gaurdians) 110pt
My Herald:Ursa from Superman 150pt
I went first. I moved Galactus into range of his Galactus, moved Ursa into hindering for her Special Movement ability, move the rest of my figures forward and then used A.I.M Agent and Fantastic to Perplex Galactus' defense to 22, ended my turn, turned the Herald Dial to Perplex and pumped his defense to 23. His turn he based my Herald with 2 Frost Giants, moved his other 3 Giants then attacked A.I.M Agent with his Galactus and horribly and sadly overkilled him. Then my turn I pushed Rick Jones onto AE and Perplex and used him, Fantastic and my Herald to Perplex his damage to 9 and then used Multiattack to hit the 2 Giants basing my Herald for 7 each (-1 from Toughness, -1 from Multiattack) then I pushed my Herald and Fantastic to finish them off and then ended and turned the Herald dial to Combat Reflexes. Then his turn. He attacked Fantastic with Galactus and missed, then he Charged 2 Giants at him and killed him, he then Charged my Herald with his remaining Giant and missed (needed to beat 20 +1 from the Herald buff and +2from Combat Reflexes). Then my turn. I used Rick Jones to Perplex Galactus' attack up to 13 and Colossal Stamina pushed to use Multiattack (and there's no rule against doing it every turn) and killed his Giant basing my Herald then turned the Herald dial to Perplex and ended with pumping Galactus' defense to 21. I had to clear Rick Jones and my Herald. Then his turn. He Colossal Stamina pushed both Giants one to charge Rick Jones (and kill him) and one to base my Herald. He also Colossal Stamina pushed to base my Herald with his Galactus. Then my turn. I Perplexed Galactus' attack up to 13. Then I used Colossal Stamina and used Multiattack to kill the Giant basing my Herald. Then I rolled break away for my Herald and got her away from Galactus and into another patch of of hindering terrain. Then his turn. Hep colossal pushed both his remaining Giant and his Galactus to base my Herald (knocking his Galactus off of Imperv). Then my turn. I used my Herald and Galactus to pump Galactus' attack up to 14 and Colossal Stamina pushed to finish his remaining Giant with Multiattack then rolled for breakaway and failed with my Herald after which I turned the Herald dial to Combat Reflexes and ended. He Colossal Stamina pushed to use Pulse Wave and hit my Herald for 6. Then My turn. I used Galactus' Perplex to boost his damage to 7 and used Multiattack on his Galactus. Then I turned the Herald dial to Perplex and ended. He Psyblasted my Galactus for 4 and ended. Then my turn, the coup de gras. I used both Galactus and my Herald to Peplex his damage to 8 and finish off his Galctus with Multiattack.
All in all it was a good game. I want to know what all of you think.
Yeah. He has this thing where he only plays colossals at their lowest point value. I'll never play Galactus at 300pt. If I'm gonna play a figure at 300pt I might as well run the Champion with his gem or subtract 20 and run my Cosmic Hulk. Plus there's Uatu at 200 or 400.
