is it possible to do the following :

Turn one : outwit a power somewhere, move somewhere, then perplex something.
Turn two : Perplex something, push to attack (or whatever), then have her enhancement be utilized.

Seems like it should work. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't. Her power doesn't have any wording to the effect of "Once per turn" etc.

right. so i could outwit a damage reducing power, have someone else attack, move her or attack with her (the action token go on after the action resolves?) and perplex something up or down. Then next turn perplex someone's damage, have them attack, move her adjacent to someone else, have that someone else attack.

That is exactly what you can and should do!

That looks right. As long as you keep in mind that as the token situation changes the powers come and go, and when they go the effect they provided ends.

In thépry she could have access to all three powers in one turn. All she needs to do is start with no tokens, get one by using theme team PC and finally take an action of her own.

I think you meant to say that she needs to start with zero tokens and get the first from TTPC.
