free action question

kind of dumb but just want to be sure. if a click has outwit and perplex, can they outwit a power and use perplex in the same turn?

Unless something specifically prevents it, yes. Arkham Question can only use one or the other, for instance.

Yes. Both are triggered by free actions and you can use as many free actions in a turn as game effects allow (rule book, page 9).

Right, unless the power specifically says other wise (multi-attack, for example.)
