although it would not make sense for a character like john blake to be able to outwit power costmic or q abilities as a normal human being period! could just be a broken figure but needs to be clarified by the company!!!
why is everyone trying to protect PC/Quint- bottom line is it does not state that he CANNOT outwit PC/Quint team abilities. PC/Quint powers cannot be outwitted...but take away the team abilities and then their powers can be countered by another character. again for all you know it all's PC/Quint states the POWERS of these characters cannot be outwitted, not the TA!!! but overall it would not make sense for the character in general to be able to outwit PC/Quint,, i will argue with that one. so challenge this with PROOF and dont assume!!! thanks

Still pretty solid, though, considering it's a 50 point fig and the demi-Outwit is a Trait, so it's there all dial and can't itself be Outwitted. Deals with Mystics, Skrull Change, Stealth-busting Supes Allies or Avengers Initiative, a whole mess of stuff. Excellent ability.
I also don't think they'd give a 50-pointer a Trait that was the defining SP of a 149-pointer (Adam Warlock) they just made. I hope it's not the case, but the "as if they were powers" thing might just be clumsy wording and he can Outwit PC/Quint.

I'm not sure what point he's even trying to make. But I do agree with Q that there's an issue with erroneous rules info being posted in the Units section. I wish they'd do away with the comments there completely.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Here's the proof you need:

And here is me pointing it out:

From the Heroclix Comprehensive Tournament rules document:
1.1.1 Rules Questions: All rules questions that come up during a HeroClix tournament are to be
directed to the Head Judge of the event, who is the final authority on rules disputes for
that event. Rules questions that come up outside of a tournament should be directed to
the Rules Arbitrator. The rules arbitrator can be found online with the screen name
TechG0D. Posts on message boards by TechG0D or an appointed Rules Deputy (Harpua,
normalview, Quebbster, and vlad3theimpaler) are also legitimate means of rules
communication. When two on-line posts conflict, the one with the later timestamp is
deemed accurate. If an on-line post conflicts with any of the documents listed above, the
document is deemed accurate. The rules team can also be contacted at [email protected].
