I am building a Hulked out Heroes team for a friend and I notice alot of the revert numbers don't match to any figures. Is there an updated list somewhere for what each Hulked out Hero can actually change in to?
For example Captain America #002. Who is that? There is no such figure? Many of the other Hulked out Heroes have similar problems.

Here are updated for Hulkmariner and Mighty Thorr but no Cap?

 The first entry in the table for Revert: Namor is #009, not #038.

#050 Mighty Thorr

 The first entry in the table for Revert: Thor is #038, not #002.
 The second entry in the table for Revert: Thor is #002, not #005.

That is for a Captain America fast forces (notice the stylized 6) that has not yet been released.

And that, by itself, isn't too unusual... when the Hulked Out Heroes first appeared, MANY of the revert choices had yet to actually been released. Off the top of my head, that particular version of Cap is the only holdout now.
