I don't have any ideas to offer as of now. Have you tried to do any playtesting for this? I have a complete set of the original ActionClix, so I was thinking about printing your set off and trying them out.
One thing I would like to mention. ActionClix had a Master Chief w/ Flame Thrower. Was thinking that the figure could have an attack where he can't move, and sprays an area similar to a grenade. Another special ability could be to use a flame wall similar to smoke or barrier that does damage. (Extra damage to flood types?)
Let me know what you think. Hopefully WK figures out that there needs to be a new set (with better bases!).
no I did not try any playtesting as I do not have the time or means to print all of these out and give them a shot (plus I am a bit biased ) If you want go ahead and give it a try and let me know what you think

Thanks I had to try really hard not to make Chief as strong as Superman in playability (more due to my love of Halo than any other reason)

Looks like a great guy to have behind Sgt. Johnson. I would say a few things about it:
Make them 60 pts.
Give them +1 Grenades Frag & Flash.
Instead of running shot, give them Stealth. Using Sgt. Johnson, Master Chief, or Carter for Leadership can make them very, very powerful!
This way, if you are using a force of just UNSC Marines: Sgt. Johnson, Experienced Marine, and the other regular troops would work out well. Just use Johnson to move back and forth between the Exp. Marines and use the regular Marines to draw out the enemy.
