Fun fact: All figures in the game right now have the Avengers keyword. So in a way the Tiny does have to be an Avenger.

I just wanted to point out that the Tiny character being an Avenger had no effect on the Power. It could have not had the Avenger keyword (if we get any non-Avenger Tiny's in the future) and Dinah still could have carried all 3 with only a -2 to movement.
