Okay, so this evening a fellow clix player and I were playing, and it came down to the last two pieces. He pushed to attack killing my piece and the pushing damage killed him. Who won? We had the same build total and I had more victory points (Yay for battle field promotion). Thanks in advance.
It comes down to points. In the event of a tie on points, you roll off.
A little more explanation....
The action must resolve, including applying the pushing damage, before the game can end. As a result, both teams are eliminated during that action. That is why it goes to points.

Just wanted to quote the rule on this one as it may not be so obvious for everyone since there are two different sections in the rulebook that talk about winning the game. The rule on page 4 is a little on the brief side.
