Figured I should read the core rule book rather than learning by trial and error on HCO. I was wondering if Action Totals work relative to your team build or by the point limit on the match? ie: In 300 point game would a 300 point team have one Action token advantage over a 299 team?

Actions are relative to the build total, not to how many figures or total points you're playing on your force. A 300 pt team should have 3 actions regardless of how many characters you have or if your force is not an exact 300 points.

Ah, so Build Total is the game point limit rather than the point total of your team.
Because I was thinking it would be really unfair for a team that didn't quite round up to the relative 100 points.
