After you carry a friendly character can that character make an attack?

Sadly no unless a special power says otherwise on the carrier or carried.

Seconded. Carried character cannot attack after the fact unless possessing a power specifying so.

JL 52 WW is the only one I know who can attack after being carried. However TK can serve as a very good move and attack option.

I appreciate it people I really do. The only reason I asked for a second opinion was because the person I was playing did not believe me. So being that I was the first to tell him then 2 different rule books then to you guys. Hopefully everything got cleared up.

One thing I am curious about, I was using DKR Henry Ducard to carry 2 DKR shadow assasins, and I carried them both into hindering terrain right next to an opposing character, can then use their speical to make their free attacks?

I would say yes, as there is nothing explicitly preventing it. Carry stops you taking an action. The Assassin gets a CCA as a free action. So, nice combo.

"A character which has been carried this turn can’t be given an action (other than a free action) until the beginning of the next turn."

Just quote the effect and name the source and that would have ended the need for 9 posts in this topic (to the people who replied to the OP).
