So, I'm thinking 2 Squirrel Girls, Hugo Strange, and Nightshade. Keep making monster werewolf squirrels and have them charge blades your opponent. You even have 21pts leftover. On a team over 300pts this would probably be a better option...then you can TK those squirrels!
Just so may bizarre options with this guy...make sure to always keep a minion near by to use the serum on!

Can't wait to use him with the seven deadly brothers team. 7 or more of them and they get +1 to combat values. So a 30 pt piece that charge and ss with 11 attack and put out 5 damage (heavy object included in total), awesome.
pair this guy up with the uncommon cat woman from the 10th anniversary set. against a gauntlet character we're lookin at a possible 5 clix of damage to a naked defense. this guy takes some manuvering but he works for a strategic player. heck pair him with some street fighter clix now thats comedy.
He's really more along the lines of a Rookie, but it's nice to finally see Hugo in action. Monster Men Serum FTW! Had his "monsters" also been given the Monster keyword, him and GG Mole Man would have a field day!
I like the trait shutting down Outwit, and MONSTER MEN SERUM will allow AE figs to get on the board quicker. Not really that useable in lower-point builds, but in 500-600+ teams, this fig will carry his weight.
I like Hugo, but I'm not a huge fan of his dial. Was hoping for some better traits. These are fine, just was hoping for more considering the character.
Not sure I would ever spend a 1/3 of my team on Hugo. While preventing characters from using outwit/perplex is nice, the range is awful short, so my opponents could just move away and outwit Hugo's special. With all the stealth in this set, Hugo's outwit wont be too useful. And I dont like the idea of hurting my own figs. Also, would his special cancel someone's outwit that has already been used? or only prevent the outwit in the first instance? Ex/ Batman outwits Hugo's outwit, Hugo then moves within 4 squares. Is Batman's outwit canceled or just prevented in the next turn?
I'm happy to get a Hugo Strange, but I find parts of dial to be a bit muddled. I know the flurry is trying to show another aspect of his character, but am I the only one who would rather full dial mind control then having to watch a Psychiatrist get into a slap fight?
