I'm sure someone will come up with some really good options for his Monster Men serum, who even love the 1 damage it causes.

I love his special power and great to see him as a modern clix.

His anti Outwit should have a greater range for his cost.

Good to see him made even if he's not great for the points. He's got some interesting tricks but at the end of the day he's a 0 range figure with 1 damage and low combat values. He'll either be ignored or if he's close enough for his trait to cause problems he'll be dealt with quickly.

I wish he was 30 points less. He's got a lot of interesting powers, but I just think he's too many points for what he does.

OMG what is Hugo Strange doing running aroung with that Hulk Wolverine? Can you say doing five straight from six squares away? He also works very well with the death wolverine out of giant sized Xmen. The ability to charge in with super strength and flurry works wonders with wolverine. I can't wait to try have Hugo gmake wolverine a monster man.

Great Special Abilities, pretty decent set of standard abilities, though may seem a little pricey on the front end of 400 pt games or less. e

I don't see him getting much play unless people build a Bat Villains theme team.

That's a short dial for 89 points. Lots of good powers and options that jack up the cost, but none of them really make it worth the cost. Being able to use him with other Batman Enemies is what really keeps him from being worthless. I would still use him on a large point BE team.

You're going to have to build your team around him to get your points' worth out of him. He won't be rocking the competitive tournament scene, but I could see a team of him surrounded by goons and henchmen being a fun one to play.

An EXPENSIVE support character. The best thing about him in sealed is that he can give a character charge and quake to deal with stealthed characters.
