This Batman will play well, especially against teams that will struggle with stealth. He may crumple fairly quickly against Avengers Initiative and Superman Ally teams, and that would be my only major worry about playing him at 200. But very interesting dial with killer attack values!
A nice Batman that has spawned a lot of hate. He has great abilities, and he can come in from anywhere to punch you in the face. However, he seems to have a tentpole cost without tentpole beefiness.
I think I'll stick with the JL52 version for my 300-400 point games. Even at the 100 point level I'd rather just spend the extra 19 to field that other version, which has better backdial protection, I think (and now shares the same sculpt as this one, courtesy of the Gravity Feed Batman, an X-Acto blade and superglue... I really, really love this sculpt). In larger games, though, this will be my go-to, hands down. Not just for a "Batman" but for a 200 point tank. A beast that will take way too long to take down, punish you for even attempting to, perma Stealths everyone (which probably won't matter as much in constructed since everyone I know fields either Avengers Initiative or Superman Ally TA), and who can get anywhere you need him to be within 2 turns on just about any map. I still feel like he's a bit overpowered for "Batman on a typical night," and I say this as an obsessive Bat-fanatic, but... I'd rather he be overpowered than underpowered. I might actually go to the trouble of customizing this when I get one, to put him in some sort of Bat-armor a la Kingdom Come or the armor he wore in Night of the Owls, just to justify a 10-deep dial.
Reading over his trait, I see something I like about his point value (which is high for Batman in my opinion, but I'm used to playing him as a support/outwitter most of the time): giving keyworded teammates the Bat-Ally TA is much easier when he's pretty sure to be one of the highest-point figures on the team. I'm looking at Justice League thinking of a fun Stealth Aquaman/Green Lantern/Flash/Wonder Woman configuration. Fun.

I like his swingline special power. Team leader is a neat idea but he doesn't have a wide variety of keywords for it to work with. He also doesn't have any generic keywords like detective or martial artist like he's had in the past. Most clix with the Gotham city or Batman Family keywords will most likely already have the Batman ally team ability so team leader is most likely for when he's put on JLA/JLI teams.
I definately think this batman will be the go to bats in large point games at full dial. The two alternte point cost make him effective at lower point games as well. His stats are simply amazing.
We now have a Batman 4 points less than Superman, but since Batman is the master strategist and fighter not unexpected. This guy can take on the heavy hitters and his power set and make him pretty good. Granting lower point keyword characters the Batman TA will be very nice, especially with all the Gotham city pieces and Justice Leage.
As a Batman fan, I can say this is a great Batman. Teams without hypersonic or stealth busting will be at great pains to defeat this batman. High stats all around with indominatable make the piece worth more than his points (provided you have some hindering cover). Oddly enough though, for 200 points, he doesn't do a lot of damage, but probably enough.
FINALLY! A Batman that is a powerhouse! *talking as Batman* "Hi kids. I plan on ignoring every type of terrain on the map AND I plan to beat you down with ... what's that ... A 12 attack?" AWESOME!

Dude, click on Gotham City or Justice League- HomeBat's gonna get plenty of mileage outta that Trait. And they intentionally didn't give him any generic KWs for game-balancing reasons.
