An ATA requires the points be spent for every figure on the team that has the keyword.

You may NOT "heal' to a different starting line unless the figure started the game on it. so your example is illegal.

You can promote the 10th iron man into the other 10th iron man and heal all the way to the top if he started on a later click.

there may be some weirdness about promoting jean grey into phoenix (or worldbreaker, etc) and getting a roll that has you start x clicks from red/blue/yellow. I believe you may roll low enough to start at yellow and still heal to red...I'm not 100% in that though.

ATA's account for every figure on your team that possesses that particular keyword. It must be assigned to every figure on your force that possesses that keyword.

And SECRET AVENGERS ATA is 5 points.....so 25 points in your example.

The cost on the card gets applied to each figure individually. So, if you had 5 characters with the Avengers keyword on your team you would apply an extra 5 points to each character getting assigned the ATA. Everybody that is on your team with the Avengers keyword would be assigned the ATA.

When a character starts X clicks from a starting line, that starting line is their new starting line.

So if dark phoenix comes in at yellow, she can't heal past yellow
