While I strongly doubt this figure is going to be super competitive, in large point games, he is going to be an absolute beast to deal with. Anything short of a good map roll or Superman/AI team abilities is going to have nightmares dealing with a Justice League or JLI team lead by him.
I find that this Batman is one that really shows who Bruce is when he is the cowl. Although the "improved moment" is new; this is how Batman should be. What is unique about this Batman is the number of dials you can use, although with an upper tier dial that shows that Batman is a leader. Great dial and model.
A team player that leaves little room for a team, a heavyweight with a welterweight punch... This might be my new go to Batman for large point games but I can't quite see why I'd ever reach for him when he costs more than (and does less than) many versions of his buddy Clark.
I was given rep for my screen name alone! Now I feel all warm inside
I dont mind a high point batman but I love the lower point ones. This one just seems extra inflated so he can be the highest points to use his special. With so many choices of batmen nowadays i really could see his play being so low for me. Still like him though.
There's just no way a human should ever have 10 clicks in Heroclix. I know in the comics he "can't be beat," but he's only fighting a select group of villains that are definitely on the weak side of comic lore. I'd rather see him have higher stats and a shorter dial personally, and giving his whole team stealth is a bit much as well!
For those who would like their favorite Superhero have a better chance of winning, I think having a higher costed version of that Superhero, is a good thing. I will love playing this figure, but the sculpt is terrible, so now I know, where to put the Batman from my extra World's Finest Duo figure, since I already took the Superman and put him on the SU Superman #001 dial.
This Batman is a monster but for 200 points I would like to see more damage reduction. I see people pushing and taking the click to get to second click at the first sign his opponent will make easy work hitting that 18. Atleast at close combat and in stealth he will be 19 which is pretty good but with no damage reduction. I think for the points it works but he's not a brick.
Sounds great but care to share how you used poison on this guy? Pushed yes otherwise, who were you playing against?
What do you mean how I used poison? I was in hindering with stealth and he charged in and I MM'd his damage to Arkham Guard. I then attacked next turn and hit him for 2 with exploit weakness. He then attacked next turn with flurry and hit one, I prob'd it and he ended up missing both. Next turn he took a click from poison. I attacked and missed but prob'd it and made my attack. We were both pushed at that point but he still took a click from poison on my turn. He attacked, I MM'd it. He takes a click from poison. I attack and he takes 2 more clicks. He has no reducers bottom dial for poison and it was pretty much over at that point. Second match went was pretty close to the same thing. My Joker never came off of his top click in all 3 games I played.

The person you played, had no clue what he was doing then. He could have destroyed all your master mind fodder and avoided your poison all together. You can't tie up this Batman
Exactly what Bloodsword said. You must have played someone that has little to no knowledge of how to play this game. I pulled him twice and won all 3 games twice with him getting Down to the last clix once. In 6 games I played joker twice and destroyed him and his henchman.
I miss the days of Batman Starting with Outwit. This one's stats are so good The Perplex usually just goes to defense unless I really need to hit someone hard. Would much rather of had upfront outwit and alternate that way. Otherwise a perfect Batman who will be even more devastating with a full utility belt.
