I recognize this dude. I chewed through about a million of him in Arkham Asylum! Too bad the Titan serum is limited to the video game universe. Oh well, that's what Hugo Strange is for, right?

Both versions work best with The Joker as Sgt. (DKR). Joker grants all adjacent Thugs Shape Change and Police TA; Thug "A" reduces MM damage by -1; and "B" grants Joker Toughness. To top if off, Joker can Carry up to 2 Thugs with him, always having Mastermind fodder.

Also, pulling one of these guys in a sealed with Hush and Joker made for some fun games. I don't always use Mastermind, but when I do, clowns are involved.

I also really like that he has more dangerous damage up close rather than at range. It really meshes nicely with the sculpt cuz he's holding a shotgun, so it makes sense they're doing more damage when they're in your face :D

Definitely my favorite generic of the last several sets.
