Problem 1:
I know bout the rule of +3 but for example when u have the 3 on the gauntlet u have +2 to everything well can u use cce or rce?? and have like +4 on ur damage or when u have the 3 u cant do this?
Problem 2:
Again when u have the 3 u have the +2, if some1 do PW u lose the +2 and the PW atack ur printed def? (i know if some1 perplex u outside the PW range u still have the perplex.....but not usin this for this simple example)

Your damage is +4. But the Rule of 3 only lets you count 3 of them.

PW will ignore the IG and bonuses on opposing characters.
When you go to figure out any value (when you are using the value) you replace then modify. All modifiers are calculated at one time. If after all modifiers it is more then +/-3 in modifiers, you use +/-3 instead.
PW ignores all game effects that character is using. Ex: character can have his defense modified by a character using perplex that is outside the PW range, because he is not the one using perplex and there fore it is not ignored.

It is only at the instant the modified value is used that the rule of 3 kicks in and limits the modifier to within 3 of the original value
So, you have a four perplexers iincreasing your defence, Energy Shield/Deflection and are standing in hindering and have the infinity gauntlet on the top click. Your total defence is +9
Your opponent has a giant shooting you with 3 Police in front. You suffer a -3 to your defence when he attacks
Your net modifiers are +6. At the instant he checks your defence to determine his roll needed, your modifier is maxed out at +3

So example: i have a char defense printed 18 with Energy/Shield and is in hiderin with perplex on the defense and +2 gauntlet so on range is ...... 18+2+1+1+2 = 24 def
then.....a oponent drop 3 polices and shoot the 24def become 21def?? .... im more confuse now LOL
in the way i understand u....i think the minus from the police rly dont affect me :s

correct, you calculate all modifiers when the combat value is used. If the end result is more than +/- 3 from the printed value, then it is capped at the +/- 3.
Sometimes it's worthwhile to boost your stats above +3, because even though you'd only get +3, your opponent won't be able to modify it down enough. Like in your example with 18 def ES/D and other bonuses, if your opponent Outwitted your ES/D, you would still have +3 when they try to attack you.

This is 100% correct.
