Ok from what I was told that who ever you have the belt on at the beginning of the game give who ever a double power action and u can turn the belt where ever you want? But when u come across a special power u have to stop at that clix so how are ppl getting to that +2 flurry click with out stoping at a special power that comes up first??..

Prep time lets you spin freely to your first click. You must stop on a special power when you take a non-free action and roll a die.

Ok I had just miss understood.now do u turn the belt every time that the assigned fig clears or can u keep it on that dial that u put it on?
