68 points for a ranged attacker that can deal some pretty good damage while at the same time counter defensive powers? Yes please!

Letting her ignore some, or even all, defensive powers when she makes an attack wouldn't be so bad. Although, I still wouldn't really get it. It's been years, but I did read some Young Justice. I don't really recall anything about her that would actually justify her being more accurate than the likes of Green Arrow, Hawkeye, Legolas, or Deadshot. I even think it's crap that Bullseye gets to ignore Super Senses (isn't that part of the deal with his relationship with Daredevil, that he never misses, but Daredevil can use his enhanced senses to evade him anyway?).

I think just a decent attack, Sharpshooter, and some RCE would have been fine. And if you really wanted to keep her from being too vanilla, then I'm sure something other than Outwit could have been done. Maybe granting a PD-type bonus to her teammates or something.

who is this? She reminds me of artemis on tv show. Same character?

Artemis on the show is inspired by, but largely different, than this character. Much like the show is inspired by, but largely different, than the comics.

I doubt we'll get one but that would make me crazy happy.

This piece looks alright, the lack of any move and attack really hurts though.

I respectfully disagree. Not every piece requires move and attack, in fact many of us prefer to have some pieces without if it means they fill out a team with other abilities.

This is a piece that will be played with Superboy, Impulse and Robin at the very least - 2 of which are guaranteed to have move and attack. If you play Superboy from SM you have TK to get her into position or you can carry her. She is your lynchpin range piece with 2 target, 7 range (high end range in the modern game) and a 19 defence from range in case they can break stealth. This is not a piece that needs move and attack to be well worth her tiny 68 points.

totally going to Mod one of these in to Sailor Mars for my Wife who is a major Sailor Moon fan.

Not sure if she will be effective against skrulls or shape change with that SP.

She wont. Assuming my tablet rendered that card correctly, it says "Defense Powers" - which means powers in the defense slot. Shape change isn't in that slot.
