My venues next No Mans Land event is a 600 point Batman (DC) only team. Im having a hard time trying to figure out who i should give the utility belt to? Big Barda or The Insider? Yea, The Insider lives for a few clicks but with the plus two if i could get it would be devastating to any piece. Any suggestions?

I'd go with Barda, since the Insider has lost roughly half of his Outwit range with the recent changes to the PAC (2013).

Barda is more efficient from the start, offensively (and for most of the dial). Insider needs to be pushed onto HSS if you want to use him as an attacker/harasser.

I can't decide who else i should use right now. Its being a little more difficult than i thought.

That comes out to 440 point. Ill be using the utility belt with at least 3 items attached. Im really an aggressive player and The Insider will be more of a taxi if i dot give him the utility belt. I really want another attacker too, because what i have now i dont think will do. I also thought the changes to outwit and perplex didn't start till june?

If you have, the pieces, try this combo:

Insider - 100
Batman of Zur En Arh - 153
Bruce Wayne (prime) - 95
SoG Batman 013 - 128
Alfred Pennyworth - 42
Batcycle (piloted) - 50
UB with 5 objects - 12

580 total, plus a couple if you go with a full UB. Alfred can pilot the bike and hop off for support as needed, though Bruce Wayne prime will help a lot in that department, as well. Put the UB on Batman ZEA, and between him and Batman 013 you've got two bricks to smash guys in close combat, while Insider and Bruce Wayne Prime stay back, using outwit as needed.

If you don't care about theme, sub in SoG Void for the Batcycle and get even more support-y goodness, plus outwit and prob.

I unfortunately dont have any streets of gothams. I also found out its no vehicles. I dont have either of the batmans. I might be able to purchase them before the tournament because that Batman of Zur with The Insider as a taxi would be very helpful against people in stealth.

Also Insider is my only chase figure i have from the set seeing as i just got into the No Mans Land just 2 weeks ago. Im hoping to purchase more sets before May 19.

New rules don't take effect until June, so unless the venue is having an extremely late NML, Outsider's Outwit should be outstanding.

I can tell you that Barda won me NML 5, so she's a solid piece. You definitely want that once per game first strike to count, so Prep Time with the belt is not a bad idea.
