Pretty much the same situation as TK: he draws LOF to the square, and targets the characters.

id also like to say there needs to be a rule change that states TK attacks ignore Shapechange.

Eh, I understand why it works. A character steps out of the bushes looking like a friend, "Wait, don't!". Plus its not that tk ignores powers, it just doesn't deal with LoF to the figure.
