With the Teen Titans set now released, which is the last big set before Gencon (are there other sets that have still to come out that will be considered MA for Gencon?), what do you think will be the meta teams to watch out for in the world finals?

You can skip saying the JLA team base. Come up with another viable team

Why would someone want to reveal their team for GenCon?

Lets see what the Man of Steel clix look like. We may get an uber-powerful Supes.

Me too. The trailers make it look pretty good.

The new trailer they just released looked really interesting. Completely different angle than I thought they would have done. Looking forward to it.

But I'd still say Team Bases are a safe bet.I know you don't want to hear from them.
They could do well on Paradise Island,covering both elevations.
In golden events,I'm more doubtful of their success.Little wonders like armor piercing and poison could do really well against them.

The way I see it, you've got a few options:
1) Trinity of Sin Team Base (I'm not sure if they're legal or available by then)
2) Read in one of the several "What have you seen beat the JLA Team Base" threads... There are options out there that could be teched into the meta (I never want to say "teched into the meta" again... shudder)
3) Wait about 9 days... The ROC 2013 Northeast Regional will have some answers, even if they're "well, it's going to be 16 JLA Team Bases".

Only so many people can attend Gencon and other similar events. The rest of us around the world might like to chat about what to expect since we can't go.

If even half the teams represented are JLA team base, i'd say that it's really bad for the growth of the game. It makes Clix look 1 dimensional if you want to compete.

Last years world event was actually really good since there was alot of diversity with teams (other than the gauntlet).
