So if Gizmo is within 4 squares of Ms Marvel and uses his power to give all friendly figs within 4 Pulse Wave. How would Ms Marvel's attack go?

can she running shot, and use both pulse wave and blades?
and if so...
if there is 1 target, does she roll for blades and then use that roll for the PW damage?

and if multipple figs are in range, does she still roll for blades? and since blades and PW lock the damae value(PW only for multiple figs) which locks first, or does active player decide?

You don't roll for blades unless you are using a close combat attack.

Originally I thought she could, but pulsewave locks damage when a LOF is drawn. BCF locks it after a hit, since the first lock means it cannot be replaced you could not combine them. A shame, would be an awesome combo.

pulse wave only locks when there is more than 1 target.... so does it work for single target PW?

You would still roll for BCF and if you rolled a 1-3 you would do the 1 penetrating damage afterwards though right?

So if I read the consesus so far....

When using Ms. Marvel's special BCF power in conjunction with Pulsewave you have the following conditions.

1) Multiple Targets: LOF is drawn and Pulsewave locks the damage to 1. BCF cannot replace the locked value. You could still roll for it though in hopes of activating the additional 1 penetrating damage after actions resolve.

2) Single Target: PW does not lock damage. You could roll BCF and the result would be the damage dealt by the PW attack.

What about gizmo giving her psy blast? I would think, since psy blast works with running shot. Her sp would work with if she used psy blast too. Am I wrong?

No that would work too but she'd have to be within 4 of giz at the time of attack.
