GRAB AND SMASH: Kuurth breaks away automatically. When Kuurth is given an action to use Charge, he can use the Carry ability to carry an opposing character as if it were a friendly character. When he does, after actions resolve, deal damage to the carried character equal to the total number of walls and squares of blocking terrain destroyed during that action, maximum 4.

If I use Grab and Smash on Wonder Woman, will she be able to attack during my turn after Kuurth used Grab and Smash on her? If so, when exactly does that attack happen? After the attack from Charge but before the Grab and Smash damage? After both Charge's attack and Grab and Smash's damage?
No, the only thing that Wonder Woman's power overrides is the inability to be given an action (on her own turn) after being carried. She is not able to be given an action outside of her turn.
No she can't, you can't give a character a non free action on your opponents turn n unless its team prob.
For clarification, Theme Team probability control use is not an Action (nor is regular PC), but it does give an Action Token to the character using it.
I agree with everyone saying no, due to her not normally being able to take Actions when it's not her turn.

For WW's power to work on an opponent's turn it needs to be clarified to do just that like Big Figure's special:

An effect doesn't specifically need to reference "opponent's turn" to be used during an opponent's turn. See mu048 Wrecker:
TURNabout: When Wrecker is the target of a close combat attack resulting in a critical hit or a critical miss, if he possesses Turnabout after the resolution of the attack he can as a free action immediately make a close combat attack targeting the character that attacked him.
Normally, Wrecker can only be cca'd on an opponent's turn, so it doen't need to be explicitly stated. I think the issue with Wonder Woman is that normally you can only be carried on your own turn.
I can see this getting an errata, if only for clarification purposes.
