TAIL ATTACK: Give Lizard a free action to make a close combat attack modifying his attack value by -1.

Can this attack activate BCF? I've had to face this character 3 times at my LGS in the last 4 games and people want to BCF off the tail attack but I didn't think it worked that way because it's a close combat attack as a free action.

2nd Question, when you activate flurry, does the 2nd attack activate BCF for those characters that have flurry and bcf on the same dial?

BCF activates from a Close Combat Action, since it is only a Close Combat Attack it will not activate.

Flurry will activate BCF, which for each attack you would choose to roll.
