So good! So good! What a perfect guy to play with Darkness or Deep Shadows...and what a damage dealer! He's never bad, and he even ends on Quake + Outwit! Yowza! 8 range rather than 6 would make him even better, but I'm not about to cry for improvements on this guy. He's so good.
Great piece, fun to use. Although should be playe with extended range as the 6 range is a means he is a bit to close for comfort. He plays well with the v Crimson Dynamo.
This front click is amazing, even with the low range. He can still dish some close damage if shot out the first click, which is great since the opponents will probably have to base him to do that. Down the dial he still keeps utility through Outwit. Slap Trick Shot and field some Mandroids to sling him around and he can dominate in an Armor themed.
LE Titanium Man is a fairly solid piece. His first click is his bread and butter. If you can stay on it through the 5th round you will likely win. I suggest using the Computer 3-d object to keep away anyone wanting to base him (and feel his 11 attack 5 damage smack!). After a push his tech drops substantially with losses in attack, defense and movement and a loss of RCE, Stealth and Imperv - not very durable. Values hold from here which is important to dealing pain. 3 clicks of Outwit at the end are a nasty surprise especially as players focus more on newer pieces they won't discover his tricks until its too late. Moderate difficulty in use for beginners due to using powers most effectively but a fairly straight forward figure to use by all.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
On his first click, he plays like an Impervious, flying Winter Soldier and presents the opponent with the same options: base him and risk a 5-damage Super-Strength hit, or let him shoot you for 5 anyways. Because of the huge damage potential in either case, and the fact that his Impervious is covered up in Stealth against most Outwitters, he is a serious threat. Charge shows up (a little late, since he's probably been based). Then EW shows up a bit late to the party once Charge is gone, but it keeps him relevant in a close combat slugfest with another bruiser. The real laugh to be had is the Outwit at the end... combined with Quake, it keeps him dangerous even if he got torn up in close quarters. If only his Stealth returned there...

Although he doesn't have the keyword, this is the titanium man that was involved in the ranks of the winter guard/soviet super soldiers and as such I play him on that team quite often. He plays beautifully next to ursas major, crimson dynamo, darkstar and red guardian. He actually offers the team powers that it was lacking. Outwit will really help that team.
The figure itself is designed masterfully. They balanced his nerfed range with stealth and range combat expert. Now from stealth he's either attacking with a 10 av and dealing 5 damage or he's attacking with a 13 attack value and cracking defenses with a 3 damage. If an opponent dares to base him he has super strength to bash an opponent with 5 damage. The quake/outwit combo makes him THAT much more efficient as a close combat threat. Now he's knocking everyone back and dealing a definate 2 damage to one chosen opponent by outwitting their defenses prior. This guy can also be a mean stealth buster with the right feat. Imagine dealing five damage to stealthed opponents while you yourself are in stealth! Impervious, invulnerability, toughness all allow him to stay in the fight. For an old figure...he's a Damn good game piece. His attack valued are acceptable for up to his first 4-5 clicks and he contributes to the team nicely for his cost.
The new titanium figure coming out soon had better be close to this figures efficiency.
