1] LOF - is it blocked from the following A to B example; C is another character base; X is a blank square:
AXXXX
XXXXX
XXXXX
XXCXX
XXXXB
The character at C has a square whose diagonal point exactly intersects the LOF. Help?
2] CH - does it *ALWAYS* hit, or can SS be used to 'dodge' it (on a roll 5-6)?
3] 3 'elevation' levels, as I see them: grounded, elevated, soaring [flyers only]. Any ranged combat from grounded or elevated to soaring has halved range value, correct?

Since the LOF passes through the exact corner of C's square and an open square, LOF is not blocked.

Charge? Chaarge itself is not an attack, so there is no "hitting" with charge. The attack after the movement can be avoided as normal by SS.

All ranges to soaring characters from non-soaring characters is halved.
Hey PSY, I think he was referring to CH as "Critical Hit" maybe? In that case I believe SS does not matter. A critical hit always hits. Help me out oh great Anti-Judge.
ya, the 'always hits' part of the Crit hit description refers to the fact that it is always considered a successful hit regardless of the actual roll needed.
This will allow a character a chance to hit, even if it would seam to be impossible. For example, a character with a 7 AV has to roll a 14 to hit a 21 (possible with the right combo of powers). Normally, a 14 is impossible to roll on 2d6. But with the crit hit rule, there is now a chance (slim though it is).
