I have a 400 pt Golden Constructed tournament coming up. I was wanting to run a Midnight Sons team.

This is what I have so far:

075 points: Dr. Strange - GG 206
125 points: Ghost Rider - Hulk 037
050 points: Johnny Blaze - ASM 007
133 points: Morbius - ASM 028
014 points: Utility Belt (fully tricked out) - NML

Also considering Daimon Hellstrom and the old Ultimates Dan Ketch LE.

Anyway, any suggestions and thoughts would be much appreciated.

I'm sure I'm not telling you anything new, but I'd use the ASM Ghostrider. I especially I like using him with the Johnny Blaze. Hold JB back and then if GR gets KO'd he can come right back to life. I also advise using the ATA as it really helps ensure you get to make the alpha strike.

I find your lack of Blade disturbing...
