Very true. Also with the Multiple Mans from Sinister. I think there's AWESOME synergy with all these pieces. Mastermind is on this piece so he can pick and choose when to take a small hit and activate his dup power, or, if it's a really hard attack, mastermind it to an adjacent Multiple Man instead. And since most of the figures he can bring in have the X-Men team ability or powers that give each other Flurry or Plasticity or other support powers like Outwit, Perplex or Empower, these figures become really dangerous, really fast.
Correct me of I'm wrong, but when you mastermind damage onto a figure who has super senses, doesn't that character get the chance to use Super Senses themself, before the damage is done? I mean, if that's the case, then a Multiple Man could create a dupe that themselves could super sense (assuming the one from the main set is higher point value than this one). I sure hope so, because if it is, man, you could create an army of these guys really, REALLY fast.
Nope. Super Senses triggers specifically when the character is hit with an attack. And damage transferred through Mastermind is definitely not an attack, as stated in the power's description.
I wonder when using his Super sense if he can bring the 25 point Multiple man in to the game. That would be pretty sweet. But I guess they only have 2 clix of life so, never mind they can't.
Meh. This one does not work well with the other WX Multiple Men, the point value is off (could have been 50 points). Works well with earlier multiple men, though. If there was better synergy, I would like it more and it would be more accurate.
if he was koed to clic 6, could he put a #100 jamie madrox of gsx, who has 6 clicks of life?
I don't think he could put jamie madrox gsx100 because the ability says "on the map adjacent to him". He's not in the map anymore after actions resolve. Just my take on the wording, not sure if I'm correct.
Could he use his mastermind to pass off damage to a 013 Multiple Man dupe that is put in for 25 points? I know your opponent doesn't know which is which, but you do.. and he did cost less.

013 multiple man is 75 points so to expensive to mastermind to and the 25 point version doesn't have dupe creation. sadly multiple man was pretty much screwed out of being useful. At least in modern age, I've been told there's a few good pieces from the golden age era that work will with this piece.
edit: sorry i miss read that question the first time when I replied to it. Totally see no reason why he couldn't mastermind to the 25 point one although it would reveal which one of your 013's was at least not hte 75 point one to your opponent.
I have a question about healing with Multiple Man. Can you heal Multiple Man's duplicates? If Multiple Man is clicked down to click #3, and spawns a duplicate on click #3, can you heal the duplicate back to click #1??
