Silly Qustion about Fantomex and EVA

Can Fantomex attack trough EVA? It doesnt says so.

EXTERNAL NERVOUS SYSTEM: Friendly characters named Fantomex can use Toughness and may draw lines of fire and count squares and range from E.V.A.'s square.

By the wording listed this also indicates that Fantomex could use Perplex as though he were in EVA's place as well, right?

Yes. He can also theme PC rolls through EVA if you have them, as long as you can draw a line of fire from EVA to the target (and within 6, obviously).
