When the feat says that a certain power is a prerequisite in order to assign a feat, does that power have to be showing in order for the feat to be active, or does the character just have to HAVE the feat in order for it to work. Thanks-Jonathan

When you assign a feat to a character, it is assigned the feat for as long as stated, but it can only use it when it meets the prerequisite on the card.

(Certain exclusions notwithstanding.)

Also, you can assign any feat to any character, even if the character does not have the prerequisite power.

Autoregen is a great feat for anyone with the Gauntlet. You don't need to have Regen anywhere on your dial, but when you finally hit the end clicks of the IG, you can always pick Regen at the beginning of your turn and use it as a free action (and then again as a power action if you need it).
