Hey just wondering if barrier can be placed in water terrain.

BARRIER Give this character a power action; place up to 4 blocking terrain markers in distinct, adjacent squares of clear terrain that are all within this character’s range (minimum range value 4). At least one of the terrain markers must be within line of fire when it is placed. The terrain markers remain until the beginning of your next turn.

Line of Fire: Water terrain does not impede
line of fire in any way, and is clear terrain for
line of fire purposes.

Also, there's a line saying:
Water terrain behaves like other terrain for movement and line of fire
purposes, though it is still a specific kind of terrain when considered for anything other than movement or line of fire purposes.


I assume because placing barrier tokens is not mov't or LOF you cannot place them in water terrain?
