I'm already a big fan of Invincible and the Superman Robot, and Mon-El takes a page from their books and make it even better by adding in the wild-card team ability.

Guess I won't be needing that Superman Robot anymore, as this fellow does it better. He's got a whopping 7 clicks of 3 damage(6 of those with Super Strength) and better damage reducers and a he's wildcard to boot.

that's it right there. wildcard flying HSS brick... for that cost. i'll take 2 please.

Awesome. Barely more expensive than the Soup Robot, and he's both far better and far more accessible.

A great fig for the points ! Screaming for Wildcard abuse. I tried him with Sue Storm and alternate FF4 and it was HUGE !!

Well that magical brown square makes all the difference on this "flying brick"... he's certainly a bargain, and the wildcard and range add to his menace and make him an excellent 2nd-stringer on a team. If you give him the right TA (Bat Ally) it can compensate for his mild defense. His speed stays nice and high right through his Charge clicks! Otherwise he's got a pretty conventional layout, I only wish he was a little more "personalized" with something that says Mon-El.

I think your take on the character's powers is spot-on, Crow. What personalizes Mon-El here is that he is a Daxamite/faux Kryptonian who is also built as a consummate team player. What could be more Legion than that? Wildcard TA, a little HSS, 6 range (which often synergizes nicely with WCing of Batman Ally TA), consistent super-strength. Numbers have of course aged, but still fun in games with older figs.
